1. Promotion Overview. Enter by entering your email address at OmahaFamily.com by visiting www.omahafamily.com and clicking on the Win Free Stuff! Link, or by going straight to the entry page at http://www.omahafamily.com/giveaways.htm. You must enter a valid email address and it must be your own email address. Entering the same email address more than once does not increase your chance of winning, and it wastes your time. Entries become the property of Hathaway Publishing, Inc. ("OmahaFamily.com," and "Hathaway Publishing, Inc." hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "our" or "publisher"). Entrants will receive from time to time email announcements and special offers from us, but always will have the opportunity to opt-out of emails. Promotions have specific beginning dates, entry submission deadlines and drawing dates these dates are posted on the specific promotion on the website; however, these dates may be canceled, extended, shortened or otherwise changed for any reason and without notice to the entrants at any time and in the sole discretion of the Publisher. In addition we reserve the right to cancel a specific promotion, or all promotions for that matter, for any reason and without notice to anyone including entrants, winning or otherwise, at anytime and within the sole discretion of us, the publisher.

2. Your Privacy. We don't sell your email address to others. Entries are used for the promotion drawing and to notify the entrant of future promotions, website updates, advertisement, coupons and other OmahaFamily.com related information. We collect only your e-mail address, name, mailing address, month and year of birth, and a voice contact number. Information collected other than your e-mail address is used for the sole purpose of contacting the winner of the promotion. We will never ask for personal financial, or personal information other than that listed above. The information sent by entrants, or anyone for that matter, to OmahaFamily.com to enter promotion or for any other reason is transmitted over standard e-mail servers and is not secure nor encrypted.

3. Promotions. Once every week, on Friday, we conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. We announce the winner as soon as commercially reasonable thereafter - usually the same day. Our decisions are final. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive. We notify the weekly winner by email. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner at random. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization. Each email address may win only once.

4. Prizes. The weekly winner will receive the prize or item described in the promotion posting associated with the winning entry on OmahaFamily.com or a similar prize if the described prize becomes unavailable. We do not guarantee or warrant the fitness, merchantability, value or condition of the prize. If the product, prize, item, pass or any other article the winning entrant receives, as a result of winning a promotion, does not meet or satisfy the expectations of the winning entrant we will not substitute another prize except at our sole discretion, that is the sole discretion of us the publisher. Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes and expenses associated with the prize if any. Accepting the prize grants us permission to use the winner's name and city for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.

5. General Rules. Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree that we and our agents are not liable for any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, acceptance of prize, or redemption of prize. We are not responsible for typographical errors and for misdirected or incomplete entries. We are not responsible for problems with telephone lines, data lines, computer systems or equipment, failure of email, or problems with the Internet or your connection to it. If in our sole discretion we find actual or suspected tampering with the promotion, or entries, or technical difficulties that affect an entry or the promotion, we reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change the promotion or cancel the promotion. (This does not modify the fact that as explained in paragraph one we can cancel any and all promotions for any reason and without notice to anyone.) Hardware problems, software problems, network difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect the fairness of the promotion or our ability to conduct the promotion, in which case we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or change the promotion. The laws of the State of Nebraska shall govern this promotion and the federal and state courts of the State of Nebraska shall have sole jurisdiction and venue in those courts; entry into the promotion waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue and constitutes submission to their jurisdiction.
